A Graveside Service for Charles Jesse Phillips of Bull Shoals, Arkansas will be 11:00 AM Monday October 5, 2009 at Newton Flat Cemetery in Bull Shoals with Brother Jimmy Dale Huskey officiating. Charles died September 30th at Twin Lakes Nursing Center. He was 85. Charles was a Veteran of the United States Army. He is survived by his wife Donna of Bull Shoals, AR, two sons; Mike Phillips (Deborah) of Pyatt, AR and James Phillips of Wichita, KS, 2 grandchildren, Mike and Tracey and five great-grandchildren.
