Charlotte Marie Fredericks of Clarkridge, Arkansas passed away March 30, 2013, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 85. She was born August 30, 1927, in Toledo, Ohio, the daughter of Wilfred and Bernice Perry. She worked as a Real Estate Broker. Charlotte lived in Clarkridge since 1999, moving from Palm Desert, CA. She served in the Air Patrol Civil Air Patrol out of Fairbanks, Alaska, became a Real Estate Broker and managed bank properties in Toledo, Ohio, was the first President of the Prince Georges, MD and Washington D.C. Chapters of Resident Managers and an Equity Marketing Specialist for the National Council of Real Estate Exchangers in California. In retirement she loved serving as a volunteer at the Baxter Regional Hospital and taking art classes with her daughter and best friend, Bonnie Fischer (who began the Mobile Mammography Program for Baxter Regional Hospital). Her passion was her children and her eight grandchildren.



Charlotte is survived by her daughter, Polly K. Pflaumer of Yucaipa, CA; son, Richard L. Fredericks of Monrovia, MD; daughter, Bonnie J. Fischer of Clarkridge, AR; brother, Wilfred J. Perry Jr. of Toledo, OH; grandchildren, Aaron B. Pflaumer, Matthew B. Fredericks, Jared B. Pflaumer, Luke V. Fredericks, Eric B. Callahan, Jason B. Callahan, Blakely K. Pflaumer and Natasha Claire Fredericks.



She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters and her brother.
