A Funeral Service for Charlotte Magretta Winsborrow of Mountain Home, Arkansas, will be 2:00 pm, Tuesday, December 19, 2017, at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel, with Clayton King officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday, December 19, 2017, from 1:00 pm until time of service, at Kirby & Family Funeral Home.
Charlotte passed away December 14, 2017, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 87. She was born May 29, 1930, in Front Royal, Virginia, the daughter of Kenneth McKay and Odessa Lee Durham Winsboro. She was a homemaker and lived in Mountain Home since 1947, having moved from Front Royal, Virginia. She was a member of the Clarkridge Church of Christ. She enjoyed sewing, painting, art, sculpting and singing; she loved to hunt and she loved her family and her church family.
Charlotte is survived by her two sons, Caleb Eugene (Connie) Thompson of Clarkridge, AR and Calvin Ezekiel (Marsha) Horn of Mountain Home, AR; sister, Mary Hines, of Virginia; four granddaughters, Wendy Bailey, Crystal Kausler, Julie-Rena Meggs and Charvon Richardson; grandson, Terry Thompson and seven great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, three sisters, one great-granddaughter and one great-grandson.
Burial will be in the Quality Ridge Cemetery, Mountain Home, AR, with Terry Thompson, Josh Kausler, Steve McFarland, Seth Richardson, Dennis Grant and Gerald Farris as pallbearers.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Children's Home, Inc. in Paragould, AR.
Arrangements are by Kirby and Family Funeral and Cremation Services.
