A Memorial Service for Christy Lea Vincent of Mountain Home, Arkansas, will be 2:00 pm, Tuesday, October 13, 2015, at The Assembly of God Church, with Reverend Mike Thomas officiating.
Christy passed away October 10, 2015, in Springfield, Missouri at the age of 41 after suffering a massive hemorrhagic stroke. She was born July 1, 1974, in Memphis, Tennessee, the daughter of Clifford Craig and Charlotte Craig Pierce. Christy graduated from Southside High School in 1992 and served in the National Guard until moving to Mountain Home. She married Ricky on September 30, 2007. Anyone who knew her would find it hard to reminisce without a smile or a laugh. Her bigger than life, outspoken personality will linger in our hearts and minds forever. While this moment brings us such sadness, those emotions are quickly replaced with the memories of happiness when we reflect on how she brought joy and humor into nearly every situation. Her undeniable legacy, however, will be alive everyday through the love she gifted to Kylie.
Christy is survived by her husband, Ricky Vincent of Mountain Home. AR; daughter, Kylie Vincent of Mountain Home, AR; step-daughter, Haley Vincent of Mountain Home, AR; brother, Brian (Laura) Groves of Southside, AR; three sisters, Cindy Craig of Nashville, TN, Michelle (Thomas) Paik of Hillsboro, OK, Ashley (Luke) Nicholson of Pleasant Plains, AR; father, Clifford (Dianne) Craig of Southside, AR; her mother, Charlotte (Bill) Pierce of Southside, AR; several nieces, nephews and a host of friends and family.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, George and Zelphia Craig, maternal grandparents, Calvin and Martha Finchum and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
