Cleala Vanderpool

Memorial Services for Cleala Mae Vanderpool of Mountain Home, Arkansas, will be 10:00 am Thursday, June 23, 2011 at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel. Cleala died Wednesday, June 22, 2011 at Hospice of the Ozarks Hospice House, at the age of 92. Cleala was born May 6, 1919 in New Florence, Missouri. She was married to Albert Pottebaum from 1939 until his death in 1985. Cleala lived in Mountain Home, Arkansas since 1982, moving from Hermann, Missouri. She married Harlan Vanderpool on August 16, 1996 at Mountain Home. She was a member of St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church. Cleala is survived by her husband, Harlan; 2 daughters, Judy (Gary) Barnett of Roswell, GA and Ann Setser of Chesterfield, MO; 2 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, 5 brothers and 2 sisters. Burial will be in the Kirby's Tucker Memorial Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Hospice of the Ozarks Hospice House. Arrangements are by Kirby & Family Funeral and Cremation Services.
