Clyde Clark

A Memorial Service for Mr. Clyde H. Clark will be at a later date in San Jose, Illinois. Clyde H. Clark, 72, of Mountain Home passed away Thursday, February 11, 2010 in Mountain Home, Arkansas. He was born May 14, 1937 in Corning, Arkansas to Armol and Mollie Lunsford Clark. He served in the U.S Air Force from 1956 until 1962. Clyde married Wanda Palmer on August 25, 1962, and they resided in Groveland, Illinois. They moved to Oakland, Arkansas in 1994, when he retired from the Komatsu Company after 33 years as a machinist. He was a quiet fellow who enjoyed the outdoors; liked to play golf and loved to go fishing. Clyde H. Clark is survived by his wife Wanda and 3 children: Mary Heimer of San Jose, Illinois, Gary (Kathy) Clark of Groveland, Illinois, and Robert Clark of Carthage, Illinois; 5 grandchildren: Jade & Crystal Heimer, and Grant, Madison, and Molie Clark; 4 brothers: Floyd (Earlene) Clark, Jerold (Shirley) Clark, Alvan (Sharon) Clark, and Joe (Mary) Clark; and a sister, Kathy Berry. He was preceded in death by his parents. Memorial Contributions may be made to the Hospice of the Ozarks Hospice House, or the American Cancer Society.
