Funeral Services for Constance "Connie" Anderson of Mountain Home, Arkansas, will be 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 13, 2009 at Kirby and Family Chapel, with Brother Dave Pitchford officiating.

Visitation will be from 5-8 P.M., Tuesday, October 13 at Kirby and Family Funeral Home.

Mrs. Anderson died Saturday, October 10, 2009 in Mountain Home at the age of 87. She was born Friday, August 18, 1922 in Lake City, Arkansas, daughter of Clem and Nina Spann Gaskin. She married Bert Anderson on July 15, 1956 at Chicago, Illinois. She was a homemaker, a loving mother, and beloved wife. Connie and Bert have lived in Mountain Home since 1987, moving from Hawthorn Woods, Illinois. She was a member of Mountain Home Church of Christ; enjoyed flower gardening, playing golf, and fishing on the rivers and lakes.

Mrs. Anderson is survived by her husband, Bert Anderson and daughter & son-in-law, Donna (Dale) Heinsohn of Mountain Home, Arkansas; brothers, Roy (Jeanne) Gaskin of Lansing, Michigan, and Emmett (Kathy) Gaskin of Daytona Beach, Florida; and grandsons Brad and Jeff Heinsohn of Mountain Home, Arkansas.

She was preceded in death by her parents and 4 sisters: Bernice Simmons, Pat Gros, Aladine Gaskin, and an infant sister.

Burial will be private in Kirby's Tucker Memorial Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to the Hospice of the Ozarks Hospice House or the Children's Home of Paragould.
