Cory Charles Kappmeyer

A Memorial Service for Cory Charles Kappmeyer of Flippin, Arkansas, will be 4:00 pm, Sunday, March 30, 2014, at the First Baptist Church of Bull Shoals, with Brother Jerry Backus and Maurice Hitt officiating. A gathering of family and friends will be held one hour prior to the service, at the church.

Cory passed away March 26, 2014, in Flippin, Arkansas at the age of 21. He was born July 8, 1992, at Harrison, Arkansas, the son of Kenneth and Cindy Browning Kappmeyer. Cory has lived in the twin lakes area for his entire lifetime. He was a member of the Community Bible Church of Bull Shoals. Cory graduated from Flippin High School in 2010 and has been attending Arkansas State University of Mountain Home, majoring in history and political science. He enjoyed being on the lake and cooking.

Cory is survived by his mother, Cindy Kappmeyer of Flippin, AR; two sisters, Elizabeth (John) Koenig of Sherrill, AR and Katherine Kappmeyer of Flippin, AR; niece, Winifred Koenig of Sherrill, AR; maternal grandparents, Charles and Beulah Browning of Benton, AR; aunt, Dianna (Mike) Marsh of Benton, AR; uncle, Russ (Barbie) Browning of Benton, AR; and several extended family members.

He was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth and paternal grandparents.

Memorials may be made to the family.
