Crystal Lee Lewis, 68, of Mountain Home, Arkansas passed away on December 6, 2024 in her home. Born on April 9, 1956 in Saint Johnsbury, Vermont she was the daughter of Lloyd and Beatrice Lewis of Lunenburg, Vermont. Crystal spent most of her life calling Lunenburg, Vermont her home. She was a 1974 graduate of Concord High School. She spent a short time living in Boston, Massachusetts, but ultimately returned to her hometown where she devoted her life to her children. Crystal raised two wonderful children and was blessed to fill her heart with the love of three grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Crystal found great joy in watching her children and grandchildren grow, and in 2023 she moved to Mountain Home to live near her daughter, son-in-law, and two grandsons where she was blessed to enjoy days spent playing with her grandchildren, swimming, taking long walks, drawing, and reading. Crystal is remembered as selfless, compassionate, fun-loving, and incredibly strong. She had an unwavering love for her family and gave every bit of herself to fulfill their needs, even while sacrificing her own comfort. Crystal showed deep appreciation for friendships, often sharing notes and gifts, but she especially loved to share a good laugh. Her laugh was infectious and brought joy to many hearts. Even while faced with great challenges, she expressed gratitude for life’s little blessings. Her kind heart will be sorely missed.
Crystal is survived by her children, Derrick Williams of Lunenburg, Vermont, and Jennifer (Matthew) Mike of Mountain Home, Arkansas, siblings Deborah (Edson “B”) Thomas, Joan (Roy) Lyon, Karen Lewis, Terry (Marlene) Lewis, six nieces, one nephew, three grandsons, and one great-grandson.
