Crystal Schrauth

Crystal Schrauth died 12/7/07 peacefully at her home. She was 73 years old. Crystal was born 12/18/33 at Aurora, Illinois to Clifford William Clark and Frances Marie Clark. She married Arthur C. Elliott in 1953 at Aurora, IL. She was a professional waitress and banquet coordinator for over 25 years and the owner of Elliott?s Evergreen Restaurant in Diamond City, Arkansas from 1973-1990. She was the first carhop in Aurora, Illinois. She married Robert Schruath June1, 1990 at Batavia, IL. Crystal lived in Bull Shoals for 8 years since moving back to the area from Batavia, Illinois. She loved to bowl and even bowled a 300 game. She was a bowling coach to young people in Aurora, Illinois and a den mother for the Boy Scouts. Crystal never met a person she did not know. Survivors: She is survived by her husband Robert Schrauth of Bull Shoals, Arkansas, daughter, Frances "Frannie" Robinson (Robert) of Fairview, Arkansas, son, Arthur C. Elliott of Bull Shoals, Arkansas, sister Loraine Hammond (Jim) of Illinois, two brothers, Walter Clark (Olive) of Florida and Harry Clark of Michigan, four grandsons, Daniel Elliott, Ryan Elliott, Andrew Elliott and Ryan Hughes, two granddaughters Mellisa Robinson and Heather Robinson,and four great grandchildren Christopher Elliott, Grace Elliott, Cody Jones,and Whitney Hill. Preceded in Death by: . She was preceded in death by her parents, first husband, Arthur C. Elliott, son Daniel Lee Elliott and daughter Deborah Lynn Elliott. Visitation: Visitation will be 4-7 P.M. December 11, 2007 at Kirby & Family Funeral Home in Bull Shoals, Arkansas with a Vigil Service at 6:30 P.M. Funeral: A funeral service for Crystal K. Schrauth of Bull Shoals, Arkansas will be December 12, 2007 at 10:00 A.M. at St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church with Rev. James Fanrak officiating. Burial: Burial will be private. Memorials: Memorials may be made to the Saying of the Rosary. Honorary Bearers: Honorary pallbearers will be Tony Clark, Robert Robinson, Mark Clark and Walter Clark.
