Dale Edwin Tollander

Dale Edwin Tollander of Mountain Home, Arkansas, passed away September 9, 2021, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 93. He was born May 2, 1928, in Frederic, Wisconsin, the son of Edwin and Ruth Runberg Tollander. Dale was a retired United States Army Veteran. He married Luella Hecht on February 12, 1994 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Dale lived in Mountain Home since moving from Las Vegas, Nevada in 1996. After Luella passed in 2009, he married Carol in 2010 in Mountain Home, Arkansas. He was a member of the Twin Lakes Baptist Church. He enjoyed traveling and never met a stranger.

Dale is survived by his wife, Carol Tollander of Mountain Home, AR; two grandchildren, Jerry Tollander and Kellee Tollander; brother, Neil Tollander; two step-grandchildren, Brandy Wilkins and Ken Webb; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; second wife, Luella; son, Jerry Tollander; brother, Charles Tollander; and sister, Marie Marshall.

A Memorial Service will be 10:30 am, September 20, 2021, at Twin Lakes Baptist Church, with Pastor Sam Bailey and Pastor Bill Hughes officiating. Burial will be in the Kirby's Tucker Memorial Cemetery, Mountain Home, Arkansas, with Military Honors provided by the United States Army Honor Guard. Due to current restrictions, masks are required.

Memorials may be made to the Twin Lakes Baptist Church Hope Center.
