A Funeral Service for Darrell Lavern Fears of Gassville, Arkansas, will be 2:00 pm, Friday, February 19, 2016, at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel, with Brother Darren Morris officiating. Visitation will be from 1:00 pm until time of service.
Darrell passed away February 13, 2016, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 57. He was born June 7, 1958, in St. Louis, Missouri, the son of Clarence and Jennie Lee Reed Fears. He married Pam Wilhite on April 9, 1982, at Mountain Home, Arkansas and worked as a Small Engine Repairman. AA was very important to Darrell and helping fellow members. He also enjoyed helping stray animals.
Darrell is survived by his wife, Pam Fears of Gassville, AR; mother, Jennie Lee Fears of Monkey Run, AR; two brothers, Larry Fears of Monkey Run, AR and Ronnie (Regina) Fears of Mountain Home, AR; one sister, Karen Highley of Helena, MT and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Burial will be in the Kirby's Tucker Memorial Cemetery, Mountain Home, Arkansas, with Hulen Wilhite, Keith Wilhite, Farron Wilhite, Vernis Miller, Brad Morris and Tyler Baumgardner as pallbearers.
Memorials may be made to the family.
