Darvin Hayes

Darvin Lee Hayes was born November 4, 1930 at Mountain Home, Arkansas to Ernest and Ruby Creel Hayes. He married Linda Richardson at Orlando, Florida on December 19, 1981 and had resided in the Mountain Home area since moving from Orlando in 1994. He retired from the US Army after 20 years and worked at Martin Marietta for 12 years. He was a member of Eastside Baptist Church. Mr. Hayes entered into eternal rest at Mountain Home, Arkansas on February 14, 2006 at the age of 75 years. Survivors: Wife: Linda of Mountain Home; 1 son Monty (Angie) Hayes of Moline, Illinois; 1 daughter Frances Pearson of Orlando, Florida; former wife and mother of his children Helga Hayes Demby; 1 brother Dormon Hayes of Gassville, Arkansas; 1 sister Dorene Burnett of Mountain Home; 3 grandchildren, Rebecca and William Hayes and Nicolas Pearson; 1 niece Retta Toles of Mountain Home; 3 nephews Bob Arnett, Justin Toles and James Barnett Preceded in Death by: Parents, 1 daughter Chrissy Hayes Visitation: Thursday, February 16, 2006 at Kirby-Boaz Funeral Home from 5:00 - 8:00 PM Funeral: Kirby-Boaz Funerl Home Chapel on Friday, February 17, 2006 at 10:00 AM with Reverend Jim Monroe and Dr. Mike Shy officiating.
