A Memorial Service for David Eugene Bonk, of Mountain Home, Arkansas, will be 10:00 am, Tuesday, August 28, 2012, at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel, with Deacon Bob Crawford officiating.
David passed away August 24, 2012, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 70. He was born December 10, 1941, in Chicago, Illinois, the son of Eugene Bonk and Dorothy Cuttill Shipman. He married Donna Adams on November 30, 1963, at Oak Park, IL and worked as a machinist and photographer. David lived in Mountain Home, Arkansas since 2003, moving from Hazel Crest, IL. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed playing pool.
David is survived by his wife, Donna Bonk, of Mountain Home, AR; son, Steven and wife Lila Bonk, of Oak Forest, IL; daughter, Jodi Bonk of Beecher, IL; three brothers; six sisters; grandson, Alex Bonk; and his step-mother, Ruth Bonk.
He was preceded in death by his parents and daughter, Tracy Bonk.
Arrangements are by Kirby and Family Funeral and Cremation Services.
