David passed away September 17, 2014, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 79. He was born June 14, 1935, in Franklin, New Jersey, the son of Carl and Anne Snoddy Smink. David was self employed as a Petroleum Engineer and Consultant in Denver. David lived in Mountain Home since 2007, moving from Littleton, Colorado and enjoyed fishing, hunting and football.
David is survived by his loving companion, Betty Stanley of Mountain Home, AR; two daughters, Tracey Smink (Glenn) Vangolen of Houston, TX and Stephanie (Brett) Buchholtz of Windsor, CO; son, Norm Smink of Littleton, CO; grandchild, Brent Vangolen of Houston, TX and one brother, Carl Robert (Yen) Smink of DE.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Memorials may be made to Trout Unlimited or Hospice of the Ozarks Hospice House.
