David Yount

Funeral Services for David Eugene Yount of Mountain Home, Arkansas, will be at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel in Mountain Home, on March 24, 2018, at 10 a.m. with Deacon Elwin Wray officiating. Visitation will be from 9 a.m until service time.

David passed away March 13, 2018, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 66. He was born February 3, 1952, in Fayetteville, Arkansas, the son of Clifford and Edna Downum Yount. He married Lisa Miller on April 15, 1978, in Las Vegas, NV and owned David's Washer and Dryer Service. He loved fishing, racing cars, and bowling.

David is survived by his wife, Lisa Yount of Mountain Home, AR; two daughters, Tanya (Randy) Dillinger of Glencoe, AR, and Stacy Mia (Manuel Vasquez) Gross of Fontana, CA; son, Billy (Christy) Yount of CA; brother, Vearl (Vernell) Downum of Viola, AR; sister, Velda Hinton of Viola, AR; brother, Wayne Yount of Mountain Home, AR; six grandchildren, Whitney, Jordin, Courtney, Jaydin, Devin, and Liam David; and two great-grandchildren, Landon and Tyson.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Burial will be at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, March 24, 2018,in the Elm Springs Cemetery, Elm Springs, Arkansas, with Billy Yount, Manuel Vasquez, Randy Dillinger, Vearl Downum, Chuck Downum, and Jeff Hinton as pallbearers. Honorary Pallbearers will be Jaydin Gross and Devin Gross.

Memorial Contributions may be made in David's memory to Loma LInda University Hospital.
