Debbie Lynn Kelly

A Funeral Service for Debbie Lynn Kelly of Bull Shoals, Arkansas, will be 11AM April 30, 2016, at First Baptist Church of Bull Shoals, with Pastor Jerry Backus officiating. Visitation will be from 10AM until time of service at the church.

Debbie passed away April 25, 2016, in Bull Shoals, Arkansas at the age of 56. She was born July 20, 1959, in Wareham, Massachusetts, the daughter of James and Brenda Thomas Elliott. She married Don 18 years ago in Aurora,Colorado. Debbie will be remembered as the beloved, owner of the Beacon Point Restaurant. She was also a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was artistic and enjoyed creating things. Debbie was a member of the First Baptist Church of Bull Shoals.

Debbie is survived by her husband, Don Kelly of Bull Shoals, AR; 2 sons, Eliajah Licano and Domonic Kelly of MN; father, James (Edith) Elliott of GA; brother, Jeff (Karla) Elliott of Flippin, AR; sister, Cheryl (Kevin) Wardrop of England; 4 grandchildren, Peyton, Courtney, Gabe andTrayton; canine friend, Toby as well as many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Nicole Licano; mother, Brenda Thomas and brother, Douglas Elliott.
