Dena Kubat

Dena Kubat died Tuesday, December 9, 2008 in Mountain Home at the age of 74. She was born Tuesday, September 25, 1934 in Gillham, Arkansas, the daughter of John Wesley and Marina Lucille Powell Dunnigan. She married Lester Almond, December 17, 1950 and he passed away February 1984. She then married Robert Kubat on August 5, 1993 at Mountain Home, Arkansas and was a homemaker. Dena lived in the Twin Lakes area since 1984 moving from Austin, Texas. Survivors: Dena is survived by her husband, Robert Kubat, son, Wayne (Pam) Almond of Bull Shoals, AR, 2 daughters, Lynne Almond and Bobbie (Damon) Reed, 5 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Funeral: Memorial services for Dena Faye Kubat of Cotter, AR, will be private. Burial: Intombment will be in the Kirby's Tucker Memorial Cemetery, Mountain Home, Arkansas. Memorials: Memorials may be made to the Good Samaritan Village.
