Diana Mae Elliott, 76, passed away on Sunday, July 2, 2023, in Mountain Home, Arkansas. Diana was born on December 29, 1946, in Kansas City, Missouri, to Edward and Dorothy Smith Gross. She graduated from Byrd High School in Shreveport, Louisiana, and went to Louisiana State University in Shreveport, Louisiana. She married Myron Elliott on September 10, 1966, in Shreveport, Louisiana. She started her career in law enforcement, working at the 911 center in Baxter County, Arkansas, and retired as a sergeant, for the Faulkner County Detention Center in Conway, Arkansas. She was a member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church. She enjoyed crocheting, reading, and watching the Hallmark Channel. Diana was best known for saying what was on her mind, making jokes, and especially her love of family.

Diana is survived by her son, Michael (Terri) Elliott of Vilonia, Arkansas; Vicki Ball of Elcajon, CA; Jackie Williams of Mountain Home, AR; Eddie (Brittany) Elliott of Hot Springs, AR; 13 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Donna Festervan and Dickie Erwin.

She is preceded in death by her parents and husband.

Funeral Services and Burial will be 9:00 am, Saturday, July 8, 2023 at the Forest Park Cemetery in Shreveport, Louisiana.
