A Celebration of Life for Diane Jean Rosenberg of Lakeview, AR will be 11:00 AM Wednesday,
October 4, 2017 at Kirby & Family Funeral Home in Bull Shoals, AR.
Diane passed away at Hospice House of the Ozarks in Mountain Home, AR on September 29,
2017. She was 74 years old. Diane (Alcorn) Rosenberg was born February 24, 1943 in
Evergreen Park, IL to the late George and Helen (Johnson) Alcorn of Lakeview, AR. She married
the love of her life, Douglas (Al) Rosenberg on January 25, 1966 in Crown Point, IN. She spent
her life caring for her family and her home. Diane loved reading, cooking, working in her yard
and garden and birdwatching.
She is survived by her daughters, Dana Hoffman and fiancé, Dan Rowan of Sleepy Hollow, IL;
Susan Rosenberg and granddaughter Emmy Rodriguez of Griffith, IN; step-son, Scott Rosenberg
and wife Laura of Valparaiso, IN; mother-in-law, Helena Rosenberg of Bull Shoals, AR; cousins
Carol (Johnson) and George Grede of West Plains, MO; Debbie (Grede) Due, Alan Hood and
Lanie Hood of West Plains, MO; Joe and Patsy Grede of Bull Shoals, AR and her best friends,
Sharon and Michael Jendras of Bull Shoals, AR.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 45 wonderful years, Douglas (Al) Rosenberg;
mother and father, George and Helen Alcorn and father-in-law, Raymond Rosenberg.
Memorials may be made to the Hospice of the Ozarks Hospice House, Mountain Home, AR.
