Dolores Speight

Delores ?Darlene? Speight, 65, of Bridgeport, TX passed away October 2, 2011. She was born July 7, 1946, at Norfolk, VA to Theodore Charles and Shirley Mae Sykes Schucker. Darlene put her life on hold to take care of her mother until her death. She will be remembered as a die-hard Pittsburgh Steelers fan. She is survived by her son, Ted Speight of Saint Mary?s, GA: sister, Betty Bogart (Jim) of Flippin, AR; grandchildren, Corey and Elizabeth Speight and special friends, Linda, Barry, and Barry Jr. White of Runawaybay, TX. Her parents preceded her in death. Memorials may be made to the Bobbie Lou Mae White Scholarship, Texas Tech University School of Law, MS 0004, 1802 Hartford Ave., Lubbock, TX 79409. Memorial Entombment Services will be 11:00 am, Friday, October 14, 2011, at Kirby's Tucker Memorial Mausoleum with Reverend Terry Hart, officiating. Arrangements are by Kirby & Family Funeral & Cremation Services of Bull Shoals, AR.
