Donald Bryant

A Memorial Service for Donald Clinton Bryant of Lakeview, Arkansas, will be 10:00 am, Wednesday, February 13, 2013, at Twin Lakes Baptist Church, with Reverend Daryl Young officiating. Don passed away February 10, 2013, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 69. He was born November 11, 1943, in Benton County, Indiana, the son of Clarence and Marquerite Crockett Bryant. He married Sharon Carter on December 19, 1964, in Lafayette, Indiana and worked in the Security and Fire Brigade Department for Eli Lilly and Company. Don was a U.S. National Guard veteran. Don lived in Lakeview, since 1998 moving from Lafayette, Indiana. He was a member of the Twin Lakes Baptist Church and enjoyed fishing, the outdoors, target shooting, reading and was passionate about church and loved the Lord. Don is survived by his wife, Sharon Bryant of Lakeview, AR; son, Scott (Teresa) Bryant of Lafayette, IN; daughter, Corene (Trent) Carson of Indianapolis, IN; grandchildren, Corey and Travis Bryant and three sisters, Patricia (Richard) Denhart of Veedersburg, IN, Loretta "Janie" McGinness of Lafayette, IN and Sandra (Michael) Samlaska of Naples, FL. He was preceded in death by his parents. Memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital. Arrangements are by Kirby and Family Funeral and Cremation Services.
