A Graveside Service for Donald Clair Humphry of Mountain Home, Arkansas, will be 1:30 pm, Tuesday, November 26, 2013, at Kirby's Tucker Memorial Cemetery, with Elder Don Fundyk officiating. Visitation will be Monday, November 25, 2013 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm, at Kirby & Family Funeral Home.
Donald passed away November 21, 2013, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 90. He was born November 18, 1923, in Cheyenne, Wyoming, the son of Harlan and Audra Hummel Humphry. He married Wanda McLaughlin on February 2, 1946, at Jesup, Iowa and worked as a Railroad Yardmaster for the Santa Fe Railroad. Donald lived in Mountain Home since 1983, moving from Burbank, Illinois. He was an avid pilot and a member of the Civil Air Patrol. He enjoyed golf and was an active member at the Jehovah's Witness Kingdom Hall.
Donald is survived by his daughter, Janet (Greg) Johnson of Little Rock, AR; two sons, Michael Humphry of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia and Anthony (Kelly) Humphry of Brookfield, IL; brother, Kenneth (Kaye) Humphry of CA; sister, Betty Humphry of Jacksonville, FL; 13 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, and three sons, David, Grant and Kent Humphry.
