Donna died Thursday, December 16, 2010 at Mountain Home, at the age of 53. Donna was born August 26, 1957 in Chicago, Illinois, the daughter of Robert and Doris Horn Borzick. She worked as a administrator for an insurance company. Donna lived in Mountain Home, Arkansas since 2006 moving from Des Moines, Iowa. She enjoyed needlework. She obtained her bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Accounting with a minor in Art, at Augustana College, Rock Island, IL.
Donna is survived by her parents, Robert and Doris Borzick of Mountain Home, AR; brother, Brian (Vicky) Borzick of Rock Island, IL; sister, Cynthia (David) Strovers of Omaha, NE; 3 nephews and 1 niece.
Memorials may be made to the Hospice of the Ozarks Hospice House.
