Donna Konrady

In loving memory of Donna Kay Konrady, born October 3, 1946. Donna passed away peacefully December 6, 2019 at Mercy Hospital in Springfield, Missouri, with her son by her side.

Donna loved taking her children to the zoo and to the beach. We are extremely blessed to have her photography. Through the many adversities she overcame and the odds she wrestled, set the bar for strength in our family. After leaving South Florida late in life, she arrived in the Tri Lakes Area to find joy, peace, and solitude. That she did. Donna's soul has always been a giving soul, providing many smiles, to many people, for many days.

Donna is survived by her sister, Susan Boyd; brothers, Lonnie Payne; children, Mike Homer of Knoxville, TN, Jamie Phillips of Tequesta, FL, and Thomas Konrady of Mountain Home, AR; grandchildren, Sean, Ryder, Ella, Taylor, Jonnie, Noah, Kenna, and Colby; and great-grandchild, Ace.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Eva Payne; father, Major Willie H. Payne; sisters, Patricia Lanston, and Rita Hestley; her twin brother, Jack; and child, Amoni Konrady.

Smiling, she adored: the birds of spring,
Slow falling snowflakes, the winter bring,
Local architecture and fierce summer lighting,
Holy Scripture and an Autumn so inviting.
