Doris Magee

Doris Magee died Sunday, January 4, 2009 in Mountain Home at the age of 83. She was born Monday, February 16, 1925 in Clay County, Missouri, the daughter of William Abbot and Georgia Ann Lampkins Williams. She married Tilman Leon Magee on August 18, 1945 at Clay County, Missouri and was a homemaker. Doris lived in Mountain Home since October 1976 moving from North Carolina. Survivors: Doris Magee is survived by her 2 sons, Mike Magee and Steve Magee both of Mountian Home, AR, 2 sisters, Gladys Loughery and Verna Magee both of Kansas City, MO and a treasured family friend, Regina Holland. Preceded in Death by: She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Tilman Leon Magee, 1 brother and 3 sisters. Funeral: Memorial services for Doris Maxine Magee of Mountain Home, AR, will be 1:00 P.M. Thursday, January 15, 2009 at The Calvary Bible Church, with Pastor Roy Crane officiating. Burial: Burial will be in the Kirby's Tucker Memorial Cemetery, Mountain Home, Arkansas. Memorials: Memorials may be made to the Hospice of the Ozarks Hospice House.
