Dorothy Clayton was born December 25, 1921, in Pettigrew, Arkansas. She was the daughter of Nathan and Marvia Franklin Daharsh. She married Richard Clayton on December 15, 1945 in Las Vegas, Nevada. She was a homemaker. She lived in Colorado Springs, Colorado before moving to Mountain Home, Arkansas in 2002. She enjoyed reading, and travel. Dorothy Clayton passed away Thursday, February 16, 2006 at Baxter Regional Medical Center, at the age of 84 years, one month and 21 days. Survivors: Two daughters, Linda Crank, of Mountain Home, Arkansas and Susan Gray, of Port St. Lucie, Florida; brother, Wesley (Georgia) Daharsh; sister, Ruth Hoppe; three grandchildren, Richard, Angelique, and Amberly; and one great-granddaughter, Kaitlyn Ulanski Preceded in Death by: Her parents, husband, brother, and two sisters-in-law Funeral: A graveside memorial service for Dorothy Clayton of Mountain Home will be at Baxter Memorial Gardens, 11:00, Tuesday, February 21, 2006, with Reverend Bob Crawford officiating.
