Dorothy Kubiak

Dorothy Kubiak was born on December 29, 1916 in Chicago Illinois. She was the daughter of Michael and Eleanor Slomski Wolski. She was married to the late Walter Kubiak. Mrs. Kubiak was employed as an inspector with Johnson and Johnson Medical. She was a mamber of the Polish American Social Club and was an avid bingo player. She was a member of Saint Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church in Mountain Home, Arkansas. Dorothy Kubiak passed away on December 21, 2004 at Baxter Regional Medical Center in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 87 years, 11 months and 22 days.
