Doyle Duckworth

Doyle Duckworth was born Thursday, May 1, 1930 in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, the son of the Doyle Truesdale and Beulah Mae Cubley Duckworth. He married Virginia Lee Schramm on December 5, 1987 at Las Vegas, Nevada. He worked as a Electrician for the IBEW Union and was a U.S. Navy veteran of Korea. Doyle lived in Mountain Home since 1992 moving from Riverside, California. He was a member of Alley-White American Legion Post #52, loved to fish and hunt.Doyle Duckworth died Thursday, January 24, 2008 in Mountain Home at the age of 77. Survivors: Doyle Duckworth is survived by his wife, Virginia Duckworth, one son, Doyle C. Duckworth of Riverside, CA, a stepson, Mitch (Debbie) Miller of Anaheim, CA, a stepdaughter, Melody Miller of Poway, CA, 2 step-grandsons and numerous nieces & nephews. Preceded in Death by: He was preceded in death by parents and brother, Bill Duckworth. Visitation: Visitation will be from 5-7 P.M., Sunday, January 27. Funeral: Funeral Services for Doyle Frank Duckworth of Mountain Home, AR, will be 2:00 P.M. Monday, January 28, 2008 at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel, with Dr. Sam Bailey officiating. Burial: Burial will be in the Kirby's Tucker Memorial Cemetery. Memorials: Memorials may be made to the Hospice of the Ozarks Hospice House.
