Dylan Whitaker

Dylan Heath Whitaker age 16, passed away April 11, 2011 peacefully in his Momma's arms at Arkansas Children's Hospital. He was met at Heaven's gates by Jesus Christ and Maternal Great Grandmother Bela Hightower, Great Great Grandmother Alba Lundry, his Paternal Great Grandmother Ruby Whitaker and friend Sam Roth. He is survived by his loving father and mother Jimmy and Karla of the home, his brother Joshua (Lauren) Whitaker and nephew Coldin James Whitaker of Flippin, AR. His maternal grandmother Phyllis Crownover of Gassville and Maternal Grandfather and Grandmother Darrell and Suzanne Crownover of Lakeview. His Paternal grandparents Jim and Betty Whitaker of Cotter and Great Grandmother Margie Haley of Gassville. Dylan attended Gassville Baptist Church all his life. He loved music, riding horses and being around other children. He loved to wrap you around his finger with his beautiful smile, blue eyes and laughter. He was truly a blessing and gift from God..... Funeral services for Dylan will be 10:30 A.M. Friday, April 15, 2011 at the Gassville Baptist Church with Reverend Gary Wise officiating. Visitation will be 3:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Thursday, April 14, 2011 at the church. Arrangements are by Kirby and Family Funeral and Cremation Services.
