Edgar Scammahorn

Edgar W. Scammahorn was born May 21, 1933, in Decatur, Illinois. He was the son of William and Vivian Diamond Scammahorn. He married Ellen Lorton on August 6, 1964 in Decatur, Illinois. He was a steel builder. He lived in Gassville, Arkansas after moving from McAllister, Oklahoma in 2001. Edgar W. Scammahorn passed away at Gassville Nursing Home on March 12, 2005 at the age of 71 years, 9 months and 21 days. Survivors: Wife of 41 years, Ellen Scammahorn, of Gassville, Arkansas; one son, Donald ?Buzz? (Debra) Hill, of Eagle Rock, Missouri; two daughters, Debra (Russell) King, of Flippin, Arkansas, and Arlinda (Chris) Dudley, of Midway, Arkansas; one sister, Jean (Robert) Burnett, of Athens, Tennessee; eight grandchildren, and thirteen great-grandchildren.
