A Funeral Service for Edna M. Bradley of Mountain Home, Arkansas, will be 10:00 am, Monday, October 19, 2015, at The College and North Church of Christ, with Brother Wayne Camp officiating. Visitation will be Sunday, October 18, 2015, 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm, at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel.
Edna passed away October 15, 2015, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 80. She was born September 19, 1935, in Buford, Arkansas, the daughter of Simeon and Ella Rogers Kindle. She married Gene Bradley on December 4, 1952, in Mountain Home and worked as a Factory Worker for Baxter Laboratories. Edna was a lifetime resident of Mountain Home, Arkansas. She was a member of the Church of Christ. Edna enjoyed flowers, gardening, spending time with family and studying nutrition.
Edna is survived by her husband, Gene Bradley of Mountain Home, AR; son, Gary Bradley of Mountain Home, AR; son-in-law, Danny Pleasant of Gainesville, MO; seven grandchildren, Nichole (Brad) Cunningham of Flippin, AR, Tina Bradley of Mountain Home, AR, Lori (Larry) Bradley Tinkler of Fayetteville, AR, Waylen D. (Nicole) Bradley of Springdale, AR, Rebecca (Alan) Hambelton of Thornfield, MO, Esther (Chance) Strong of Gainesville, MO and D.E. (Tiffany) Pleasant of Gainesville, MO; eight great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Joe Lynn Bradley; daughter, Gwenda Jean Pleasant; two brothers, Walter and Milton Kindle and two sisters, Mary Lane and Elizabeth Haney.
Burial will be in the Mountain Home Cemetery, Mountain Home, Arkansas, with David Dover, Larry Quick, Larry Tinkler, Doug Bradley, D.E. Pleasant and Chance Strong as pallbearers. Honorary Pallbearers will be Delbert Dover, Ray Pangle, Richard Kemp, Brad Cunningham and Eddie Goodwin.
Memorials may be made to Paragould Children's Home.
