Edward died Friday, July 23, 2010 at his residence. He was born February 3, 1930 in Chicago, Illinois, the son of Edward and Helen Clink Garner. He married Helen Ruhl on October 6, 1951 at Salem, Arkansas and worked as a tool maker. He was a self-educated man and the rock of his family. Edward lived in Mountain Home, Arkansas since 1977 moving from Chicago, Illinois.
Edward is survived by his wife, Helen, 2 daughters, Linda Garner of Mountain Home, AR and Tammy Neyhart of Fairbanks, AK and grandson, Chris (Jessica) Garner of Colonial Heights, VA.
He was preceded in death by his parents, 1 son, Edward Garner Jr. and 1 daughter, Susan Garner.
