Edward Robert Moravek, Jr. was born August 12, 1925 in Oak Park, Illinois. He was the son of Edward Robert Moravek, Sr. and Anne Carter Moravek. He married Betty Brusherd in Chicago, Illinois on December 7, 1974. He resided in the Mountain Home, Arkansas area since moving from Western Springs, Illinois in 1993. He served with the United States Navy during World War II as a submarine diver and worked in an aeronotical parts office. He was a member of Saint Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church and Elks B.P.O. Edward Robert Moravek, Jr. entered into eternal rest on July 2, 2005 in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 79 years, 10 months and 20 days. Survivors: Wife of thirty-one years, Betty Moravek of Mountain Home, Arkansas; one son, Michael Moravek and wife Connie of Pollock Pines, California; one daughter, Diane Coulson and husband Michael of Lake Oswego, Oregon;two brothers, Charles Moravek of Tallahassee, Florida and Richard A.
