Elizabeth Camille "Granny" Doughty

Services will be private for Elizabeth Camille "Granny" Doughty, 74, of Flippin, AR. Granny passed away May 29, 2016, at her home. She was born October 2, 1941, in Grass Valley, California, one of seven children belonging to Lyle and Janice Burks Porter. Granny worked in retail as a stocker until her retirement. She had a feisty nature and loved her family especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Granny enjoyed being home surrounded by her family and her animals.

Granny is survived locally by daughter, Robin Doughty of Flippin, AR and grandchildren, Donald (Lacie) Doughty of Mountain Home, AR, Shawn (NeShae) Doughty of Flippin, AR and Joshua Doughty of CA. She is also survived by daughter, Penny (Jay) Askin of Las Vegas, NV and their granddog, Maddy; son, George "Tom" Doughty of Lansing, KS and grandchildren, Michael Arens, Michael Ireton and Jake (Tiffany) Williams of KS, and Jamie Langford Doughty of Missouri and Granny's dog, Max.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Margaret and two grandchildren, Justin and T.J. Doughty.

Memorials may be made to Hospice of the Ozarks.
