Elizabeth Pierce

Elizabeth Marie Pierce of Flippin, Arkansas, passed away March 19, 2023, in Harrison, Arkansas at the age of 87. She was born May 3, 1935, in Marion, Kansas, the daughter of Vic and Ida Hayden Ruckert. She married Dennis Pierce on August 31, 1965, in Harrison, Arkansas and was a CNA and bookkeeper. Liz lived in Arkansas since moving from California in 1970. She was a member of the First Christian Church of Flippin. She enjoyed gardening and going to church and bible study.

Liz is survived by her son, Fred Hunt of San Diego, CA; two daughters, Victoria Due of Flippin, AR, and daughter, Gladys Johnson of Garnett, KS; eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; son, Jerry; and granddaughter Tiffinay.

A Memorial Service for Liz will be at 11:00 am, Saturday, April 29, 2023, at the Flippin Christian Church in Flippin, Arkansas. Burial will be in the Flippin Cemetery, in Flippin, Arkansas.
