Elroy Lewis

Elroy McClennon Lewis was born July 13, 1923 at Cumberland, Maryland the son of Jacob and Bertha Michels Lewis. He married Elvira Scuro 62 years ago and had resided in the Mountain Home area since moving from Columbus, Mississpi over 43 years ago. He served as a Major in the US Air Force as a Pilot for 24 years. He was an avid outdoorsman and loved hunting and fishing. He was a member of First United Methodist Church. Elroy entered into eternal rest at Auburn Hills Nursing Home at the age of 86 years.
