Emma Dayhoff died Saturday, May 16, 2009 in Gassville at the age of 88. She was born Friday, November 12, 1920 in Dalzell, Illinois, the daughter of Julio and Edvidge Lucchi Morandi. She married Robert Dayhoff in Springfield, Illinois and was an assembly line worker. Emma lived in Gassville for 2 months moving from Dalzell, Illinois. She was a member of the St. Thomas More Catholic Church. Survivors: Emma Dayhoff is survived by her daughter, Debra (Randy) Ellis of Gassville, AR. Preceded in Death by: She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and 3 brothers. Visitation: Visitation will be from 9:00 - 10:30 A.M. at Barto Funeral Home, Spring Valley, Illinois. Funeral: Funeral Mass for Emma Dayhoff of Gassville, AR, will be 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, May 20, 2009 at St. Thomas More Catholic Church, Dalzell, Illinois. Burial: Burial will be in the Valley Memorial Park, Spring Valley, Illinois. Memorials: Memorials may be made to the St. Thomas More Catholic Church.
