Estelle Allen

Estelle Taylor Allen was born January 15, 1921 in Grandview, Texas. She was the daughter of John C. and Arlie M. Farmer Taylor. She married Virgil Allen on August 6, 1938 in Levelland, Texas. She was a homemaker and co-owner with her husband of Allen Plumbing for 30 years. She moved to Arkansas in 1946 from Texas. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Norfork and a lifetime member of the wives of Ex-POWs. Estelle Taylor Deitz passed away at Baxter Regional Medical Center in Mountain Home, Arkansas on February 4, 2005 at the age of 84 years and 19 days Survivors: One son, John Allen of Mountain Home, Arkansas; four daughters, Judith Carolin (Dale) Shields of South Carolina, Carol K. (Bill Sanders) Burnett of Mountain Home, Arkansas, Susan Anita (Charles)Partney of Arizona and Barbara Jean (Albert)Audeoud of Mountain Home, Arkansas; fourteen grandchildren, sixteen great- grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. Preceded in Death by: Her parents, husband, one son, one grandson, two brothers and three sisters. Funeral: 2:00 P.M. Tuesday at the Kirby-Boaz Funeral Home Chapel in Mountain Home, Arkansas. Reverend David Wiley will officiate. Burial: Baxter Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Mountain Home, Arkansas Memorials: Norfork Baptist Church Active Bearers: Greg McGowen, Andy Partney, Jeremy Liles, Allen Walton, James Whitehead and Bruce Cox
