Eugene Russell Eimers

A Funeral Service for Eugene Russell Eimers of Gassville, Arkansas, will be 2:00 pm, Friday, April 17, 2015, at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel, with Reverend Kenneth Taglauer officiating. Visitation will be from 1:00 pm, until the time of service.
Eugene passed away April 13, 2015, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 64. He was born August 15, 1950, in Bert, Iowa, the son of Raymond and LaVonne Shipler Eimers. He enjoyed sports, especially football and baseball and loved to go fishing.
Eugene is survived by his mother, LaVonne Eimers of Mountain Home, AR, son, Jason Richardson of California, three sisters, Sandy (Merv) Pugh of Flippin, AR, Shelly Lindsey of Mountain Home, AR and Sheri Eimers of Mountain Home, AR; two brothers, Jerry Eimers of Gilford, MO and Rick (Beverly) Eimers of Mountain Home, AR and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father and three brothers, Randy, Terry and Brian Eimers.
Burial will be in the Kirby's Tucker Memorial Cemetery, Mountain Home, Arkansas, with Rick Eimers, Sr., Merv Pugh, Brad Eimers, Rick Eimers, Jr., Jerry Eimers, and Mark Martin as pallbearers.
Memorials may be made to the family.
Arrangements are by Kirby and Family Funeral and Cremation Services.
