A Graveside Service for Evelyn M. Lewis of Cotter, Arkansas, will be 10:00 am, Tuesday, January 13, 2015, at Kirby's Tucker Memorial Mausoleum Open-Air Chapel, with Dr. Terry Moser officiating.
Evelyn passed away January 4, 2015, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 81. She was born August 17, 1933, in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, the daughter of Pete and Ann Yurgatis Skuba. She married Andrew Lewis on March 1, 1979, at Reno, Nevada, and was a Staff Manager for AT&T. Evelyn lived in Cotter since moving from New Jersey, in 1990.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.
Entombment will be in the Kirby's Tucker Memorial Mausoleum, Mountain Home, Arkansas.
Memorials may be made to a charity of choice.
Arrangements are by Kirby and Family Funeral and Cremation Services.
