Felix A. Rogan was born February 12, 1918, at Leavenworth, Kansas, to Felix and Bernadine Weber Rogan. He married Erika Appel on August 20, 1965, at Miami, Oklahoma. He was a golf pro and sports manager who loved to golf and fish. Mr. Rogan was an Army veteran of WWII who lived in Bull Shoals since moving from Leavenworth, Kansas, in 1991. He was a member of Hoevel-Barnett VFW Post #1341 and a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church.
