Felix Elbert Stoner was born March 25, 1923 at Calico Rock, Arkansas the son of Bill and Susie Snellgrove Stoner. He married Dorene Gaines at Mountain Home, Arkansas on March 23, 1946. He served with the US Navy during World War II and was a Building Contractor before retiring. He was a past member of Big Flat Masonic Lodge and loved to garden and fish. Felix Elbert Stoner entered into eternal rest at Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 81 years and 21 days. Survivors: His Wife: Dorene Stoner of the homeTwoSons: Don Stoner and wife Tiffany of MidwaySeth Stoner and wife Jackie of PeelThree Grandchildren: Joshua Don Stoner, Jashenia Elizabeth Jones, andJustin Bishop and One Great Grandchild. Two Sisters: Melba Carter of Amarillo, Texas and Pauline Pinkston of Calico Rock, and Several Nieces and Nephews Preceded in Death by: his parents, 3 brothers and 2 sisters Visitation: from 1:30 until service time Funeral: Funeral Services were held at 2:30 P.M. Sunday at april 18, 2004 at the Antioch Baptist Church with Reverend Glen Hicks officiating. Burial: Flippin Cemetery, Flippin, Arkansas Honorary Bearers: Don Ruff, Donnie McCrackin and Timmy Walker. Active Bearers: Charles Martin, David Stoner, Lonnie Cox, Burness Stoner, Greg Matthews and Marvin Martin.
