Florence O. Kure was born June 8, 1915 at Chicago, Illinois to August Peter and Rose Frances Krch Jaeger. She married Raymond M. Kure on June 8, 1940 at Cicero, Illinois and was a housewife and mother. She has lived in Mountain Home since 1987 moving from Lisle, Illinois. She was a soloist and sang in choirs for most of her life. She was a member of the Elk Ladies, Gideon Auxillary and a very active member of The First Presbyterian Church. She passed away on August 27, 2004 at her residence at the age of 89 years, 2 months and 19 days. Survivors: one son; David M. Kure of Dallas, Texas and one daughter; Deborah Beth Munjak of Mountain Home, Nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Preceded in Death by: Her parents, husband and one brother Winfield. Visitation: 5:00 until 8:00 P.M. Monday, August 30 at Kirby-Boaz Funeral Home. Funeral: Service at 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, August 31 at the First Presbyterian Church in Mountain Home with Reverend Charles T. White officiating. Burial: Entombment will be in Kirby's Tucker Memorial Mausoleum Memorials: Gideons or the First Presbyterian Church.
