Funeral Services for Florence Louella "Lou" Marvin of Mountain Home, Arkansas, will be 2:00 PM Saturday, June 5, 2010 at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel, with Reverend Michael Shy officiating. She died Monday, May 31, 2010 at Hospice of the Ozarks Hospice House, at the age of 92. Florence was born July 27, 1917 in Roy, New Mexico, the daughter of Nels Benson and Florence Newell Benson. She was a retired legal secretary . Florence lived in Mountain Home, Arkansas for 2 years moving from Dallas, Texas. She enjoyed crossword puzzels, the Dallas Cowboys, emailing her friends, spending time with her grandchildren, and coffee & chocolate. She is survived by daughter - Judy (Darrell) Deboard of Mountain Home, AR; She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Jack Marvin, and 2 brothers. Interment will be at the Hillcrest Memorial Park Cemetery's mausoleum, in Dallas, Texas at a later date. Memorials may be made to the East Side Baptist Church. Arrangements are by Kirby & Family Funeral & Cremation Services.
