Mrs. Florence Lola Morris

A Funeral Service for Florence Lola Morris of Gassville, Arkansas, will be 2:00 pm, Friday, January 3, 2014 at the Whiteville Baptist Church. Visitation will be from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm, Thursday, January 2, 2014 at the Kirby & Family Funeral Home.
Florence passed away December 29, 2013, in Gassville, Arkansas at the age of 89. She was born June 7, 1924, in Hartville, Missouri, the daughter of Lewis and Dora Chambers Keys. She married Orville Morris on September 7, 1940 at Mountain Home, Arkansas and was a homemaker. Florence lived in Gassville since 1974, moving from Iowa. She was a member of the Whiteville Baptist Church. She enjoyed gardening and loved her dogs.
Florence is survived by her daughter, Lois (Norman) Fry of Pleasantville, IA; two sons, Richard (Jean) Morris of Pleasantville, IA and Robert (Vicki) Morris of Munfordville, KY; son-in-law, Richard Hunter of Pleasantville, IA; 10 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; 11 great-great-grandchildren and two on the way and several nephews and nieces.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; daughter, Joyce Hunter; grandchildren, Richard and James Morris and Barbara Watson; great-grandchild, Amber MOrris; brothers, Bill, Owen and Claude Keys and sister, Gloria Burns.
Burial will be in the Whiteville Cemetery, Whiteville, Arkansas.
Memorials may be made to the Whiteville Baptist Church.
Arrangements are by Kirby and Family Funeral and Cremation Services.
