Floy Cecil

Floy Kathleen Cecil was born May 29, 1935 in Tipton County, Tessessee. She was the daughter of Elmer and Ethel Compton Walker. She married Milford Cecil on December 3, 1994, in Memphis, Tessessee. Mrs. Cecil was a machine operator with Kellogg's for seventeen years. She moved to Mountain Home, Arkansas from Memphis, Tennessee in 1995. She was a member of Mountain Home Bible Church. Floy Kathleen Cecil passed away at Baxter Regional Medical Center on June 13, 2005, at the age of 70 years and 24 days. Survivors: Husband of eleven years, Milford Cecil; one son, Mike (Delaine) Vaden of Memphis, Tennessee; four grandchildren, Michael Vaden, Amanda Birch, Kevin Lewin, and Ronnie Harris; four great-grandchildren; step children, Laura Empens, Wade Cecil and Ella Kay Wentworth; and double first cousin, Sodie Berry Preceded in Death by: Parents; first husband, Owen Vaden and daughter, Sandra Paulette Birch Visitation: Munford Funeral Home, Wednesday, June 15, 2005, 5:00-8:00 p.m. Funeral: Munford Funeral Home in Munford, Tennessee, Thursday, June 16, 2:00 p.m. with Reverend Gary Starbuck officiating.
