Floyd Pridemore died Thursday, May 21, 2009 in Gassville at the age of 95. Floyd Pridemore was born Monday, October 6, 1913 in Northfield, Minnestoa, the son of Walter and Helen Eimerman Pridemore. He married Eleanor Jean Blackwell on March 12, 1966 at New Berlin, Wisconsin and worked as a master plumber for over 60 years.. Floyd Pridemore was a U.S. Navy veteran of WWII. Floyd lived in Mountain Home since 1968 moving from Pewaukee, Wisconsin. He enjoyed bowling, fishing, hunting and was an avid outdorsman. He was a member of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church, VFW, American Legion and Masonic Lodge. Survivors: Floyd Pridemore is survived by son, Donald (Patricia) Pridemore, of Hartford, WI,daughter, Karen (Rick) Moerbe of Flippin, AR, step-daughter, Marsha Himler of Stillwater, NY, 5 grandchildren, Danny, Paul, Timmy, Martina, Chris and Many nieces and nephews who enjoyed his company on numerous fishing, hunting and camping trips along the Chippewa River. He also enjoyed time with his grandchildren while fishing on the White and Buffalo Rivers. Preceded in Death by: He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, 1 brother, Fred and 3 sisters, Helen, June and Doris. Funeral: Funeral services for Floyd W. Pridemore of Mountain Home, AR, will be 2:00 P.M. Sunday, May 24, 2009 at Cumberland Presbyterian Church, with Reverend Carl Cook officiating. Burial: Burial will be in the St. John Lutheran Cemetery, Sullivan, Wisconsin. Memorials: Memorials may be made to the Cumberland Presbyterian Church or the American Legion.
