A Funeral Service for Fannie Lee "Fran" Kasinger of Flippin, Arkansas, will be 10:00 am, Monday, January 6, 2014, at the Riverside Church of Christ, with Brother Trent Alexander officiating. Visitation will be Sunday, January 5, 2014 from 4:00 until 7:00 pm, at Kirby & Family Funeral Home.
Fran passed away December 31, 2013, in Flippin, Arkansas at the age of 79. She was born January 9, 1934, in Mountain Home, Arkansas, the daughter of Ed and Pearl Foster Swadley. She married Rex Kasinger on January 8, 1954, at Mountain Home, Arkansas and was a homemaker. Fran was a lifetime resident of the area. She was a member of the Riverside Church of Christ. She enjoyed yard sales, reading, church and church activities.
Fran is survived by her son, Tommy Kasinger of Flippin, AR; son-in-law, Bob Smith of Mountain Home, AR; four daughters, Terri (Rick) Guinn of Flippin, AR, Sarah Blair of Mountain Home, AR, Kathy White of Gassville, AR and Tammy (Donnie) Haynes of Flippin, AR; 21 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren and two sisters, Bonnie Reed of Gassville, AR and Ruth Lewis of Myron, AR.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; daughter, Cynthia Smith; three grandchildren, Josh, Jeff Gates and Melissa Gunter; two great-grandchildren, Allen Panky and J.R. White; two brothers, James and Bill Swadley and sister, Carol Swadley.
Burial will be in the Gassville Cemetery, Gassville, Arkansas, with Jared Haynes, Daniel White, Adam Guinn, Eric Gunter, Dalton Haynes and Jacob Kasinger as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Ricky Guinn, Anthony Kasinger, Jusdon Haynes and Bob Smith.
