Frances Marylee Henson

A Funeral Service for Frances Marylee Henson of Gamaliel, Arkansas, will be 10:00 am, Monday, May 9, 2016, at One-O-One Presbyterian Church, with Reverend Tom Williams officiating. Visitation will be Sunday, May 8, 2016, from 5:00 until 8:00 pm, at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel.

Frances passed away May 4, 2016, in Gamaliel, Arkansas at the age of 83. She was born October 20, 1932, in Gorham, Illinois, the daughter of Roy and Selma Brewer. She married Arthur Henson on October 15, 1949, at Gorham, Illinois. Frances lived in Gamaliel since 1980, moving from Glen Carbon, Illinois. She was a member of the 101 Fire Department Auxiliary and the GG Girls.

Frances is survived by her two sons, Dale Henson of Glen Carbon, IL and Steven (Patty) Henson of Mountain Home, AR; two daughters, Patricia (Dave) Byrne of Seguin, TX and Lynn (Donald) Gardner of Edwardsville, IL; daughter-in-law, Krystal Henson of Powhatton, OH; six grandchildren; one great-grandchild; one sister, Lollie (Earl) Kueker of Ruma, IL and one brother, Skip (Maryann) Brewer of Sesser, IL.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and son Michael Henson.

Burial will be in the Maynard Bend Cemetery, Gamaliel, AR.

Memorials may be made to 101 Gamaliel Volunteer Fire Department.
